Yes. Elysium mainnet (chain ID 99901) has been producing blocks since Oct 19, 2026. It's an Arbitrum Orbit chain run by Conduit, the same kind of setup many L2s use. The public launch, when the official RPC opens, is on Nov 9.
Like every Arbitrum chain, Elysium accepts transactions in two ways: through an RPC and through its bridge contract on HyperEVM, which is open to anyone right now. If your HYPE is on HyperEVM, your transaction goes to Elysium's own bridge (Inbox 0xce59f8b65ad41c9dae4c07a0571a39824bd92cff on HyperEVM), and the bridge delivers it to Elysium, where the punks contract mints. If your HYPE is already on Elysium, your wallet sends a regular transaction through the Elysium RPC set in it. The official RPC opens on Nov 9, and until then community RPCs pass these transactions to the same bridge. The bridge belongs to Elysium, not to us. About 2,800 people have already used Elysium this way.

Yes. When the contract was deployed, nothing on Elysium had "punk" in its name.
No. Two NFT collections launched before us: Elysium Orbit and Elysian Fields. We're one of the first, not the first.
No, it's an independent project.
No. The shapes and traits come from the original CryptoPunks data, redrawn with new lighting, dithering and shadows. It's a separate collection with no connection to CryptoPunks or its owners.
No. If your HYPE is on HyperEVM, the same transaction takes it across to Elysium and mints there. If it's already on Elysium, you pay there directly.
No. Paying from HyperEVM, the Elysium gas is included in the transaction you sign. It's tiny, less than 0.001 HYPE even for 20 punks, and whatever isn't used goes back to your address on Elysium. Paying on Elysium, the gas comes out of your HYPE there.
Only if you pay on Elysium: when your HYPE is there, your wallet asks to add the network and switch to it. Paying from HyperEVM, you don't need it.
0.025 HYPE per punk, up to 20 in one transaction, plus a small amount of gas.
Usually a few minutes. Either way the transaction goes through HyperEVM first, then Elysium picks it up.
The same address you mint from, on Elysium.
Your address comes from your private key, not from a network, so the same address exists on HyperEVM, Elysium and every other EVM chain, and only you control it on all of them. Each chain keeps its own balances: your HYPE is on HyperEVM, your punks are on Elysium. When you mint from HyperEVM, your wallet signs there, Elysium's bridge carries the transaction over, and the punks contract mints to your address there. To show your punks, this site asks the contract on Elysium what your address holds, so it doesn't matter which network your wallet is on.
On the items tab, under mine. Your mint transactions are also on Elyscan, an Elysium explorer. The punks are regular ERC-721 tokens, so they'll work with Elysium wallets and other marketplaces once those exist.
The image and traits come straight from the contract. There's no IPFS and no server behind them, and the art contract has no owner, so nobody can change it.
No whitelist and no per-wallet limit, only 20 per transaction. There's no reveal either: punks are minted in order starting from #0, and you see yours right after the mint.
The site won't let you mint more than what's left. If a mint from HyperEVM still fails on Elysium, the HYPE isn't lost: it stays in the bridge ticket for 7 days and then goes to your address on Elysium. If a mint paid on Elysium fails, your HYPE stays in your wallet and only the gas is spent.
Elysium is in private mode until the public launch. Kinetiq hasn't announced any reset, but until the launch one can't be ruled out completely.
